We have brought a blackberry 9320 from cna in port alfred in june, the phone went in for repairs for the 3rd time now and everytime vodacome is only doing a upgrate on the soft ware and that is not the problem, the manager from cna did tell nulo from vodacom that the soft ware is not the problem on the phone, the big problem is that the phone is over heating while im talking on the phone witch is not a good thing we did put a complain in before thinking that the problem is with cna, i also phoned cna head office and the gentle men from cna head office did inform me that when vodacom sees that the phone is sent back for the 3rd time they must give me a new phone and they keep on doing repairs on things that i dont even complain about, this is really not pleasant from them, in this 5 months that i have the phone i have only used the phone for 2 months cause its always in for repairs.cna have phoned me on wednesday 23/10/13 to inform me that the lady nulo from vodacom will phone me but i still didnt recived a phone call from vodacom.
