It is too much now

I have asked for Vodacom to cancel my contract with them, they told me thaat it will be collected within 7-14 working days. cancellation was scheduled on the 7th October 2013 it is now the 28th October 2013. they dont only but they give you false hope in the process which is a disgrace for such a large telecomm company. I have reversed money that they took from my account otherwise that was going to take another 21 working daysI need to go take a contract with Mtn for the same phone and I dont want to do that until Vodacom have collected theirs. I am being asked to call here and there to get my contract aired, whatever that is but now i am at my boiling point...
