I dont even know what to say... cellc is really messing with me. now iam quering 2 things, the handset to be collected, and removing my banking details... to deliver it was nice, but now its a hussel for them to come and collect it, this is my 6th complain to cell c, whom can i call for my query to be resolved? this query was logged in august, now we approaching November, but ive been singing the same song, you really dont value your clients, ive been with cell c for long now, but the services that iam getting now is totally unacceptable. ref no# 3090400229, please plase, iam humbling myself, can i get assistance, now iam paying unpaid debit oders, which is killing me, and its impacting negatively on my profile.
