Iam really not a happy client, its been 5 months now still singing the same song with Cell c, when u call the call center, i get empty promises, iam the one who take the efforts to check how far is my query, the last person i spoke to was Busisiwe, the team leader from billing dept, promised to get back to me regarding my query, its been over 2 weeks, so today i decided to call and enquire what is happining, i requested to speak to Busisiwe who advise me that theres an amount od R7000.00 that is been allocated to be debited on my account..its been 3 months now paying debit oder charges, if the debit can go off this month, Lord help me, Cell c will have to pay those charges, iam going to e-mail the statement.
I am really sick and tired, from August, now its December? u guys are not fair, put yourself in my shoes, i regret taking a contract with Cell c. ref no# 3120601797
