Cell C incompetent

For 3 months Cell C keeps on blocking my number due to payment not received. I will call the customer care call centre and confirm my banking details and the agent would confirm for me that my banking details have been updated. Cell C never updates my banking details and they keep blocking my number. I, as the customer make the effort to contact the call centre to update my banking to ensure that my payment is received. Yesterday (6 September) my cell number was blocked again. This is a big inconvenience for me and causes me a lot of money, as my clients can't get hold of me on my cell phone. I don't know how I must get Cell C to do their job, update my banking details and debit the correct bank account as per details I provided them with.
