I was a MTN client for 2 years. I subscribed for a 2 BG data bundle each month. I have cancelled my MTN contract the beginning of September 2013 but I was informed that I can only cancel the contract after a month's notice. This was also the end of the 2 year contract. I cancelled the contract for 25 September 2013. The money was duly deducted from my account. But soon thereafter my account was 'closed' - said the unhelpful lady at the MTN office in Hoedspruit. So sorry, can't help. I complaint via email, first the answer was that my problem was referred to the 'department'. When I received no reply, I wrote another email to be informed, that the account has been closed and that I can't use the 1, 8 GB data THAT I already PAID FOR. On 25 October 2013 the same amount was deducted from my account!!! Still nou access to the data!!

So be aware, be very aware of MTN. They seems to be take your money and refuse to give you that what you have paid for (In a normal society that is called?)
