I ported my number to CellC on 20 Feb 13 and received a new iPhone on 22 Feb 13. From day 1 the cellphone gave me issues and i logged a network issue (network query-ref: 1302280000047952) (reference number -TT 1762328) which is still not resolved. I gave my handset into the Cell C (Sandton City) Branch on 2 March 2013 and right up till today, I have not received it. Every week that I phone the sandton city branch they tell me its still at the repair centre. Last week Saturday when I went to the store, the promised me that on Thurs 4 Apr 13, I would get my phone. I have called them from Thursay till today, on a daily basis and they cant tell me whats wrong with the phone and when I will receive it. I am paying for a phone that I dont have and cellc could not even give me a loan unit when I booked my phone in. This is the most poor cell provider I have ever been with and if I can cancel my contract I would. When I tried to cancel my contract 2 weeks after I took the contact out they said I had to pay R8000 to cancel. I am now stuck with no handset and a cellular provider thats absolutely useless while paying cellc for an iphone that I have not used and dont have.
