I have had my Cell C contract for many years now, linked to the exact same bank account. a couple of weeks ago i noticed my Cell C debit order didnt go off, so i called to query it, a week later they still hadnt resolved it, and now they have cut my line. i have contacted the call centre 6 times since then and NO ONE knows what they are doing. i have even confirmed banking details.
This is not my error, but they are penalising me, and seem to have no interest in resolving the issue, nice way to treat a customer that has been one for sooo many years.
cant wait for my contract update.. as there are many other service providers available..
