Incompetancy in Cell C

At the begining of February 2013 I went to Cell C Key West to change my banking details. I have 4 accounts with Cell C and the girl who helped me changed all 4. So on the last day of the month my debit orders went off. 2 of the 4 on the updated bank account details and the other 2 weent off on the bank account no longer in use. So my question then was: How on earth does 2 go off correctly and 2 don't. A few days later I get and sms stating that my numbers will be suspended because he accounts aren't payed. I then phone 140 and the operator Geon tells me that he will resubmit the 2 numbers that didn't go off the new account. I gave him my new banking details 2 of 3 times and he assured me that this would be sorted out. A few days later only one payment goes off my new bank account. So that leaves one number unpaid. This is not a fault that I made it is a fault on Cell C's side so now I'm without a phone and it's not my fualt the account is unpaid. I've been with Cell C for 10 years and as soon as these contracts are paid and done I will be moving my business to a provider that gives better service!
