Left in the dark, no follow up

Logged a hello peter complaint 6 april 2013, Nelly Mamotheti phoned me on monday night to offer assistance, and as she promised to get back to me on tuesday and send me billing information it looks like the whole complaint fell on deaf ears, as cell c forgot once again to deliver on their promise.
Never the same person that deals with your query, it needs to land up in 100 different hands every time, and just messing it up further

Cell c like to leave their clients in the dark!!!

I transferred monies to cell phone number 0848800401 yes you heard right the beneficiary details was changed to 0848800401and again some irresponsible soul went and allocated it to number 0848800402. my husbands phone is off since 31 March 2013 and receiveing absolute no joy out of cell c.
Please dont applogise every time cause it doesnt help anymore, why is one of the directors not phoning me back or are they just as incapable of helping clients like the cell c staff. NO BACK BONE AT All.
