Cell C
Incompitence of Instore staff

I am extremely unhappy with the service recieved from Cell C thus far. I opened a contract at the Cell C store in Grand Central in Cape Town on the 10th of October . With this contract I requested insurance to cover my handset was advised by agent at store that I would be given a call by the department that deals with insurance for Cell C and that everything had been done all I have to do is wait for a confirmation call from them . I then noticed that payment was not taken from my bank account in October and call Customer Services to query why . Advised that first payment would be taken in the following month (November) . I then lost my handset and went to store to query insurance and was disappointed to here the agent that helped me did not apply insurance on my account and I should have recieved a call about it from a totally different provider . I did not let this effect my faith in the company though I was upset. Managed purchase another phone and now my line has been suspended . When call CS to query why today was advised that its due to non payment only to discover the incorrect banking details where taken. Now I am extremely unhappy. I will make the payment but this is bad
