Monday 7th October I went to Telkom Lifestyle Ballito. Spoke to Mesuli Ntuli. We have an office in Silverstone way behind the Lifestyle centre and require an ADSL Line to provide us with internet. Monday he gave me the form to complete which I did and gave it back the same day. He said I might get my line the same week and will receive a sms with an order number. Thursday I decided to go check-up as I have not received any sms or feedback from anyone. The lady behind the counter said Mesuli is on training, he will be back on Friday. I phoned the call centre on Thursday to check my order status just to find that NOTHING has been processed as yet. Friday I went to Telkom again, Mesuli said they had a few challenges to overcome that why my order was not through as yet (nonsense, you've never processed my order). Mesuli phoned my just before 5pm Friday 11 October and said everything is fine, I need to pay R700 deposit and they will send technicians to install my line the following week. Monday morning 9am 14 October I've paid the deposit of R700. Still nothing... no feedback, no sms nothing.
