I am busy loosing it with TELKOM!!! They where suppose to install my lines and ADSL last week Tuesday, O wait they could not get hold of me, BULL I asked them to find the technician that tried to contact me I want proof that they tried to call me, then they came back "O sorry the cables was faulty they will "Escalate" my order" then I hear nothing from them, I phone Thursday o they can only come on Monday, but yet again escalate the order, Monday came no TELKOM o wait it rained NOT THE WHOLE DAY, so I phone today they will only be able to come FRIDAY!!! REALLY??? is this just me or just you just be moved to the next day if they could not get to you??? This is unacceptable, not even to mention that the consultant put the phone down in my ear??? Very Professional! I don't even have the lines yet what if i have a problem with my line what will happen THEN???
