Where is my R700??? DISAPPOINTED

I am very disappointed in the service that I am receiving (or not receiving) from Telkom.

I applied for an ADSL line telephonically. On Tuesday 27 August 2013, I got an sms to say that I need to pay R700 in order for the installation to be done. The sms had the Customer number (9439900288), group number (82971) and allocation code (3012) that I must use when doing the payment.

On Saturday 31 August 2013, I went to make the payment at Telkom Ballito Lifestyle Center and used those numbers in the sms as a reference. The lady who assisted me assured me that the payment would reflect on Monday and Telkom would contact me.

I spoke to a lady called Moleboheng who gave me her fax number and said that I should fax the proof of payment to her. I faxed it to her on 0865473666. The fax went through ok from my side but I did not hear anything from her. I then started receiving smses and calls from Telkom telling me to pay the amount of R700. Today is 9 September 2013 and STILL the payment is not reflecting. I emailed [Email Removed] today and not even acknowledgement of my email. I am being harrassed by Telkom to make the payment yet I did. What more must I do?? Where is my R700
