ABSOLUTE USELESS

On the 2nd of january 2014 n had to pay a deposit of R700 because my credit rating is apparantly not good enough to get a adsl uncapped line installed at my home. i was told 21day max.i was not contacted once.when i called telkom then only i got an installation date which was thursday the 23rd. so eventually at 15:00 a technision comes out just to tell me they need to be 2 to install everything. and that they will be back on friday.
friday comes and nobody pitches, not even a phone call to let me know they wont be there.so this morning when i phoned telkom the tell me that they will escilate my call and get me a new date for installation. i need the line for my bussiness and is taking a knock having no internet, im serously considering canceling the order cause if this is the service you get ill be wasting my money.
