I have been trying to cancel a line (term is over) with Vodacom for a month now. I took out a new contract the same day I first tried to cancel the other line. Everytime I contact support, I am told that they can not get hold of me, I have given them the correct contact number everytime I contact support. Everytime I get asked to send a cancellation letter and a copy of my ID to a different adress. Just now again, I must send a mail to Abigail at [Email Removed] They didnt even respond to my last letter to [Email Removed] I am so fed up with this incompetence and unwillingness to assist a customer. I am regretting taking out another contract. I wouldnt refer anybody to this service provider, because there is absolutely no customer service.
