Cancellation of contract

I have called twice in the last 3 days looking to cancel my Vodacom contract, the ladies I have spoken to have been helpful but each time I ask for the documents to be emailed to me for completion for me to cancel my contract I do not receive them. [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] are my 2 email addresses I gave them to send it to, but still waiting, the number I am wanting to cancel is 072 0499 802
