Can't cancel service

I got a welcome message tonight from vaaloocom with instructions to reply 'yes' if I want their subscription service and 'no' if not. I have tried 4 times to reply NO but my messages bounce. I DO NOT want this service and I don't want unauthorized deductions as I see they make a practice of doing. Please help!
