Still no feedback - accounts problem!

Hi,

On the 1st of this month you loaded my account with an additional R1000. Last year February I upgraded and they made a mistake on my contract which was fixed so every month I only received my R300. Now suddenly you guys loaded the extra money onto my account this month. I want it removed!!! Please see my previous months and that I must only get R300 per month. Don't want the extra!

Sort this out immediately please!
