Incorrect Billing Ref 2414268

Our airtime are loaded on the first day of every month however my wife's airtime was not loaded. After numerous calls i was advised that it was done on the 7th, we checked and it was still the same and they are insisting that it was done. I would like them to fix this account as this is R300 that is now just lost.
