Our Ref no. 41CTK231013 was restored according to Telkom. We received an sms last week stating that they did repair our fault that we logged with them. Coming into the office on Monday, the fault is still not repaired and according to Telkom it is logged. This problem has been going on for more than a week. In the interim we are losing business and we are losing money, because we can't work our systems and we can't do business without faxes or internet. When will the problem be solved? We need answers or solutions very quickly.
