Hi Virgin, it is sad to say that you made a mistake, right in the beginning of my contract and is a shame. Never had this problem with previous insurance companies and is a concern, what will happen if I have a claim??
I have asked you to deduct my debit order on the 25th of each month, FROM THE END OF THIS MONTH, now you started my insurance from the 25th, and I am still insured till the end of the month with previous insurance company, what is going on with your call centre staff? This is a major mistake and I need my money back. I did report this matter, but waiting for feedback, from the 25th of this month!!!
