Call centre offered me a choice of colors, I selected vivid Violet. The phone was delivered in the incorrect color, called the Call centre Aug 2.Mateboho Phali, said they would collect and replace with the correct color. No word by the Aug 9, spoke to Nozi, she committed to collect and replace. Collection August 14, :PU00311328. No replacement. Back to the centre Aug 23rd, Lerato, checked stock - committed to delivery within 5 days. Didn't happen. Complained via Vodacom online forum, Godfrey replied forwarding my email to [Email Removed] After 4 days Siobhan called, query nr. 32862 (Sept 3) To date hadn't received word, called the call centre for her nr, was given 086123 3333, dialed it, to be told that this nr. has changed to 011 849 5155, I dialed that, it's a security company. Next stopGodfrey Vodacom online, to get correct nr. for Siobhan, 021 467 1800 as per his e-mail to me, only to be put through to Game. They are supposed to be in telecommunications. A lot of tele from my side -no communications from theirs. Mailed Siobahn re status of query. She apologised for not getting back, suggested that I go into vodacom shop after 8 wks of inconvenience -unacceptible
