Complaint of service

Took out 2nd contract for a samsung tablet. Received it on 5th Nov 2013, tablet froze and had problems switching on by the 7th Nov 2013. I called on day two of receiving tablet, was told it will be collected within 5 days. On 9th Dec 2013 I called cell c again to query as the tablet is still freezing and it has still not been collected. I was informed that an urgent pickup would be done. It is now the 29th Dec 2013 I still have not heard from or had tablet collected. I was informed that if I call within 7 days of receiving a product I will receive a brand new one. Now they are saying it will be repaired!! NO! Cell C has breached their contract!! If I have to I will get my lawyers involved. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. They quick to take your money though! I have been a client with Cell C for 17 years and up till now have been satisfied but cannot say the same thing now. Very dissappointed client right now
