I handed a Samsung tablet in on the 7th Feb 2013. I have a data contract with Autopage. I was told it would take about 3 weeks as the tablet was under warranty. After 3 weeks I phoned and was informed that I haven't accepted the quote to repair. I asked for the detail and told them that the tablet was still under warranty. They assured me they will come back to me in 24 hrs. I have since made 13 calls to the repair centre and 9 calls to the Benoni branch, only to be send from pillar to post. No one can tell me where the tablet is nor when I will receive it back. Everytime the response is just that they will get back to me within 24 hrs. It is now the 17th April. I am going to report a case of to the police (by Autopage, as they cant tell me what happened to my tablet) and let my insurance take it up with them. it is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and will relook at my contracts when they come up for renewal.
