I signed up for a contract online with Vodacom in October 2013 and everything went well as I had an existing contract.

The phone was delivered and in a matter of days the contract activated, I than realised that I was out on a Smart L contract instead of Smart S, I called in to rectify and was told it would change in December 2013 as I had already started using the data. I called again in December when nothing changed and spoke to a very helpful lady by the name of Pontsho who rectified the situation and apologised on behalf of the company, at this point I was over the moon because I was now gonna start enjoying the package.

My joy was short lived because weeks after I went online to check my statement and discovered that I was now being billed more.

Initially the contract was: R199 blackberry and Smart S package
Currently: R174.5 Smart S package and R55 for handset.

This was never the agreement, Ive called in to query the situation but no one seems to be able to help me. I tracked down the lady that helped me before but she also sent requests to her superiors and back office but never received any feedback.
