11 months ago I bought a blackberry from vodacom being told it is a good phone. The phone has given problems from day one without fail. When taking the phone back to vodacom I was informed that it is a problem phone and I should just upgrade even though it isn't even a year old. When sending it in for repairs I was told it will take 2 weeks to repair, but if I pay vodacom they will fix it the same day. I've never heard something so ridiculous. The branch didn't even offer to replace the phone or try to fix it as quickly as possible especially with them having no loan phones in stock. Surely if you have sold me a problem phone, you should be liable and replace it. I have 7 contracts with vodacom and a pay a large amount of money to this service provider. If the service doesn't change and the company is not willing to show me that they truly care about their customers, I will find someone who will.
