I took out a MyGig1 contract for my laptop @ R99 per month.

I assumed/trusted that as soon as the 1 Gig data ran out, my access to internet etc would automatically stop.

BUT... what the did: As soon as the 1 Gig data was used up, they continued charging me cell phone rates, without ANY notification or prior warning.

I am absolutely appalled and feel like I have been robbed and cheated!

Instead of paying just R99 per month, which is why I took out the data contract in the first place - my account has now been deducted with R1811 in December and R2698!!!
Anybody know what I can do about this? Money is gone, deducted via debit order...
