R5000 deducted from my acc without a valid reason

Last month R5000 was deducted from my account for data that I did not use or let anyone use through my SIM card. Firstly, it took Vodacom more than 2 weeks to respond despite how big this amount is in my life. They told me that 2gigs of data was used in 1 day in few minutes in the early hours of 2 or 5 May. No explanation of exactly what happened except for speculation about possibilities that may have led to this (none of which apply in my case). The only response is that, though they can't say with certainty that I have used the data, their systems are accurate. In all the years I have been with Vodacom, I have never used even a quarter of this data in one month, let alone in few minutes on 1 day.

Because of this, I have not been able to honor my other financial commitments for last month, resulting in bad credit profile, something I always try to avoid. I don't know if next month they won't be taking R10 000 from my acc for a bogus transaction like last month. I have no other option but to report this to the regulator and to consider terminating my contract. Consequences for termination may be better than allowing Vodacom continued opportunity to abuse access to my bank accoun
