I gave in my blackberry at the kolonade branch.
The manager there is very nice and helpful think his name is shaun. all the staff there is professionals.
Now this was my 4th BB in 6 months all the time it says software error jvm545.
I asked them for a different Blackberry but they give me the same model each time and each time i have to wait fuing 21-28 working days while im loosing bussiness. I actaully thought about making a video about cell c's horrible Blackberrys. I was @ vodacom previously service was but atleast my BB never broke.
I messaged them on twitter and a guy sandro's phone me and told me he will organise me something on monday. i gave my phone in last week @ kolonade but my IMEI number doesnt even match.
I tried to phone him yesterday he ignores me and today his "assistant" told me he is far away in the office. This is. Here is his number. 0847770713

This is horrible.
I always like cell c but 4 phones in 6 months is not worth it.
