A simple contract gone wrong for 10 months!

Over 12 months ago I noticed my data contract had expired and vodacom was simply deducting an unspecified large amount- from my account every month. When I realised this I phoned them to begin a new data contract - 1gig a month for about R90. They said all is sorted they will send the new modem. No modem arrived and no new contract was begun. I started my own business was working serious overtime so a few months went by and I realised they were still deducting exorbitant amounts for my data? Phoned them again and they said somehow that contract was never begun and so I went through the whole process again, they sent me a new modem, I signed for it, they phoned me 2 days later and said all is sorted the contract has begun. So, 2 months go by and I see the same story - I am STILL being deducted eXORBITant rates by vodacom. So furious as I am I call them up and say now what is going on why are you me of my money when I have 2 top-up contracts and one mymeg - all closed contracts!!! They say a mymeg contract was added to my cell phone no? Duh, not the data sim? Plus they couldnt help me sort it out. WHO is going to refund ALL this money I was robbed of for bad service???
