I noticed that my airtime had just disappeared 'again'. I phoned the 808 and they told me i downloaded something on the internet. And i should call 1555 they will help me with my query. I called them and was told to wait until my account is 'closed' as they can not view my account until the 14th, i asked what i can do in the meanwhile to avoid me losing more airtime credit. And the guy said he cant help me with that. REALLY! He said he will transfer me to customer service, who told me they are having difficulties verifying my details... and therefore will call me later. i have just spend 30mins on the phone and nothing has come out of it! Am so frustrated.
