What happened to the Airtime

In March 2013, I called the MTN call centre to query my airtime and was told that there was a subscription that deducted R7 every day. I then asked them to cancel that subscription; however this subscription was only cancelled in May. In June I noticed that the airtime had disappeared again; when I inquired about the issue again I was told that I had downloaded stuff and was charged R 90 for it. When I asked for the name of the website I downloaded from I was sent from pillar to post and nothing came of my query.
