NEDBANK INTERNET TRANSFER DISAPPEARING

On 2 May 2013 I made a transfer of R4500 from my nedbank cheque account to my nedbank credit card over the internet banking facility. On 17 May I noticed that an amount of R4500 was short in my Cheque account. When looking at my cheque account statement I noticed two amounts of R4500 had been transferred to my credit card on 2 May & 3 May. When looking at my credit card statement it only reflected one tranfer into the account that being 3 May. I queried it with Nedbank internet banking on 17 May and they confirmed that two amounts did leave cheque acc but they did not have access to the credit card info-Caller reference:62847906-7. I was transferred to the credit card dept who confirmed only one tranfer in but did not have access to view my cheque account details. I lodged a complaint Caller reference: 62848106 and told that I would be contacted but that particular department did not work on weekends, i was called on 21 May and told that my case is being closed and reopened as REF:62893891. I have no idea when I would be refunded and all the call centre agents can tell me is that "its been referred to the appropriate dept". Very upset & Frustrated as this was an internal transfer.
