HelloPeter I called Mtn after I have noticed my airtime desappeard from my phone on the 26/07/13 of R8, 99c. Mbali on call centre told me that the co. Called Samba trading has been taking my airtime they will lodge a query to stop it if I didn't get the response within 3 days I must call the co. on 012 3428001 following day R10 something disappeard again. When I called Sanele told me that I was on mtn internet and that day I never used internet and to my suprise I'm on their obsolute service. How come I got two different answers for the same query to my shock how can I be on obsolute not bis and be charged for mtn internet if I did use it. I decided to remove their simcard on my smart phone for other subscriber. I used their service for 14 yrs imagine. If they don't solve this query I will escale to ICASA.
