Loosing airtime for unspecified reason!

My husband, GHR COOPER, complained several times, after he found out that there is everyday an amount of his airtime missing, and he does have bis, for his blackberry, and dont go serving the net where payment is asked, and cannot understand at all why and where the money disapears to. he did phone the call centre, but they say its because of his whatsapp, and the contacts changing their statuses, etc, but the whatsapp as all the other services are supposedly free when you have bis activated. everytime you phone they cant or wont help, you hang for more than 15min to speak to a supervisor, or they say they will phone back which never happens, its not fair that my husband has to pay every months and to loose the money he not uses!! please help! my husband nr is 074 802 3181
