Airtime Disappeared

I loaded a R30 airtime through my internet banking on Saturday 19:46 and i only made one call and the balance was R24.25 and today i made one call at 15:05 and then after that my airtime was gone just like that disappeared. i phone in a call centre for assistance at 19:23 and the lady said she cant see anything on her side but only the last call i made at 15:05 and she said i should fone after 2hours and they will see clearly. I fone again at 22:10 and spoke to Sphesihle and he told me internet took all of my money and of which i have a BIS that im subscribed to and i didnt download or stream anything, he said internet charged me R10 and then R5 and the R7 he also checked if im not subscribed to anything on internet and he confirmed that there is nothing subscribed to but my money is gone disappeared. I asked him again what is it that is taking my money and his answer was "internet" and when i asked what is it on internet and he says he doesnt know. surely my airtime just disappeared i guess.
