On the 12 June 2013 Neil from Vodacom contacted my company & told them that Vodacom was suspecting that I was a victim and I should call him back, upon returning his call I discovered that on the 24 March 2013 someone opened a contract phone with vodacom using my Id number, I went to hi-fi coperation where the account was opened they told me that I wasnt the only victim and that the lady responsible for opening those contracts had been arrested. They then referred me to Matsie who was very helpful, I opened a case and sent document together with a certified copy of my Id to Matsie. it's been 4 months and Vodacom hasnt cleared my name from ITC or give me a letter stating that I had been a victim, I have made several calls to Matsie but still not getting any joy, as a result this person opened another contract with Nashua mobile because vodacom is not willing to free me from this. I cannot get my Id flagged without the letter from Vodacom confiriming that I had been a victim. I AM FRUSTRATED AS I AM NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH VODACOM
