Last month I had a Debit Order to the amount of R535.45 come off my account for MTN, which is weird because I'm a Cell C contract holder. I contacted MTN to see what I would need to do on my side to get to the bottom of this issue. Went to my bank, got a signed Affidavit from the Police Station as well as a Certified Copy of my Id book & mailed it through to Customer Care. I have since not heard back from ANYBODY at MTN. I am in need of a letter stating that I did not open any accounts with MTN so that I can pass this onto The Southern African Prevention Service in order for them to help me "stop being a victim". Please, can anybody at MTN help me out on this issue? I have had more than enough of this now!!! At the end of the day, it's you guys who are losing money & myself who has to drive around & sort out YOUR issues!
