Service & additional costs from vodacom shocking!!

I took my iphone to the vodacom repairs store on the 12th October 2013. It took an entire week at the advanced repairs - for them to check the phone only to send it back to the store to say the find my iphone was on, and that they couldnt do anything with the application on. This is shocking as the people booking the phones in should ensure that this is off before they take the phone. I have lost an entire week. Needless to say that Vodacom have no alternative arrangements for customers with the iphone 5 (which has a nano sim!!) Your options are to either do a sim swop, buy a dual sim and pay the monthly fee or buy a sim card that holds the sim (they were out of stock)... all options require you to pay. Needless to say the loan phones do not support Wifi! this has not only left me with additional charges just to pay to get me sim, but also now on my billing as these phones use data and can not connect to wifi. This is the second week my phone has been in for repairs and no feedback. I tried calling the store and their lines seem to be down. The touchpad on iphone is not working - hence requiring repairs - had fun trying to switch off find my iphone! Alternatives should be found!
