Sent in my Iphone for repairs (Wifi not allowing me to switch it on after I updated the software). They sent the phone off for 2 weeks to have it repaired and sent it back saying the Iphone was not a Vodacom phone. I received the phone on a contract direct from them! Now I have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks because it has to be sent BACK for repairs AGAIN. So basically I am being punished for their incompetence.
