Not receiving SMS/OTP

Since porting from Cell C to Vodacom I no longer receive SMS/OTP messages from FNB bank. All other sms work.

I reported this telephonically and not much was done. A few basic suggestions were made that did not fix the problem.

This could be a routing problem due to a port that was not successfully completed. Phraps the port response message needs to be resent to all other providers to ensure that know about the change of network in the event their system was down during that event. Or maybe some cache or routing table needs to be updated. Whatever the solution I am not receiving sms from a specific provider. They have also been notified and have passed the buck to the cell phone service provider after resetting and restarting stuff on their side.

The last we spoke you tried to pass the buck back to the Bank. I need someone to investigate this issue and resolve it as I am unable to do banking transactions.
