Auto Page Employee - rude on phone

My husband, LCC Niemand, has 2 cellphone contracts with Auto Page for many years. He uses the one number and myself the other. Due to circumstances we could only pay his account so far this month. This afternoon a lady by the name of Dorothy called on the number I use to notify that the account must be payed now otherwise the number will be suspended. This is acceptable. The manner in which she spoke to me was unacceptable. I felt like a stupid primary school pupil. I asked her if we can have a civil conversation. She kept on interrupting me. I could hardly get a word in. She left me almost in tears. The manner in which she spoke to me was unprofessional and absolutely rude. I told her I was going to report her on Hello Peter. She said it's fine, because all calls are recorded. I want her superior to listen to the tape. She should not be in contact with clients on the phone. I was expecting a polite and professional person to handle this situation. Instead the lady on the other side of the phone treated me like a child and was far from a professional representative of Auto Page. I will certainly ask my husband to cancel this contract seeing it is ready for upgrade.
