Vodacom's utter lack in responsibility

I called Vodacom Direct to order a new phone on a new contract on Thursday 14th February. After a month I was finally approved and dispatch called me to let me know my phone was on the way, 1 week later no phone arrived, when I called to query this they said they were out of stock - even after I was told the phone had already left their offices! I finally received my phone last week wednesday and have been trying to get the phone activated - I have been trying to get through to their activations line where apparently either they are all on holiday permanently or no one works there! my order can't be found on the system yet I sit here with a brand new iPhone. Every person I speak to can't help, management is never put on the phone when requested. The awesome thing about this is thanks to Vodacoms absolute uselessness I sit with a brand new phone I'm not paying for - hello MTN for a sim card tomorrow morning. Vodacom you are beyond stupid in your dealings and the fact that I have yet to be able to contact anyone there proves my point. So thanks for the free phone!
