On 20 Jan 2014 I ordered the LG optimus G2 white online with skull candy powerbank. On the internet it said there were stock so I applied. My application were approved and I was expecting delivery as stated on the confirmation next day. Its now 22 Jan 2014 and nothing I have called RAM to track my order. They told me they don't know anything about this order nr I gave them. Then I called vodacom 082 178 44 and they said I had to phone 082 1950. As I called a guy told me there is stock of the phone but they're waiting for the powerbank from their supplier. when I asked when he said the supplier will only deliver month end 31st of Jan. I asked why no one told me there werent stock and why it has shown on the website there is stock they couldn't answer me. its ridiculous if I knew there wasn't any stock I probably wouldn't have applied. This is so bad of vodacom how can they advertise something to be in stock and now I have to wait 10 days & more before I could get my phone. This is pathetic! I was excited now Im so disappointed in them and I don't even know if I want this contract anymore. Thanks for nothing!
