Terrible service from online contract application

Good day

I applied for a new contract on the vodacom website, for the Nokia Lumia 1020 on the Smart S plan. The following day I was contacted to start the application and then the next day once everything was eventually finalized (I had to call them back) they then told me that they did not have the phone in stock and I would wait minimum a week and a half to receive it.
I could understand the fact that I'd have to wait if they don't have stock, but I then asked the person I was speaking to, Vincent, if I could call around to see if there are any stores that have in stock so that I would not have to wait. He told me that it would be fine, if I find a store, I must just call him back to cancel the online application and then go through with the application at the store.
So I then drove 120km to Alberton City Mall, where I was helped tremendously by two ladies by the names of Mildrand and Megan which I would like to acknowledge. They then tried to do the application for me and told me the system is blocking them from proceeding. When I called 0821744 to cancel the online application, as I was told, they told me it will take 3 days to cancel.

So I drove all that distance for nothing
