I returned phone. The Glen had no stock of a samsung s3 mini, and refused to swop for a different phone. I then asked that contract be cancelled and handed phone and accessories back.not the consultant or branch manager sylvia at the store followed protocal to get 'any' cancellation forms signed.put onus on 'me' to cancel.received no help from regional manager matthew or his line manager Harry-risk manager at mtn head office. MTN just ignores the consumer.take no responsibility, accountability in resolving he matter in cancelling the contract.my plea and right has fallen into a 'black pit'...stuff all 'hello" service.have reported matter to ICASA [Email Removed], 0115663000 and the national consumer council, 0127613400. NO-one else should be exposed to this incompetance, careless, couldn't care-LESS revoltingly bad attitude from MTN even from TOP Management structure. The only person trying to cancel is ME! Please consumers-take my word for it... Rather go to Vodacom or cell c!!! MTN cares ONLY about themselves and the consumer blind!!
