Yesterday I went into Vodacom Parow in Cape Tonw WC to check on my contract status which is done end Oct. The consultant then told me that I've upgraded my contract 3Oct 2013 to which I know nothing of. So I asked him to check the docs that was signed and where, we discovered that the upgrade was made in Nelspruit. We also discovered that my I'd has been cloned aswell. Strangly to me does the consultant not ask proof off adress bank statements of even check whre the previous phone's where upgraded. I've got an affidavid which I've sent to them as proof that I am me. But now for the bill I'll be getting come this month and will I be able to an upgrade for myself... please help!
