Bad repair service

I took my phone in for repairs on the 14th of January. when i asked for progress on the phone i hear it only reached the service centre on the 24th. this is 10 days later. I have no loan phone in the meantime. when asking for one I am told there are no loan phones as they were and there is nothing they can do.

I am very unhappy with the service.
