My parents live on a farm and about 2 years ago the lines were and Telkom did nothing in repairing the lines. After a year and a half Telkom started to call my parents (not to their landlines, but their cellphones) demanding them to pay their bill for months they didn"t have a service. Till today they still harassing my parents. One month they are "R2000" in credit and the next month they owe Telkom a huge amount. We are totally dependant on Cell phones because we don"t have a landline. Isn"t it shocking how stupid the employees of Telkom are? They KNOW they won"t find my parents in calling their land lines, so they call them to their cell. BUT still demand on paying!!! For what? They didn"t use the line because there is no lines.
